Introduction

EPG Planning has developed a modern planning tool for TV and radio stations.
Using EPG Planning you only have to work in one system, you click "publish" and your press contacts will receive the material in their inbox.

The system keeps track of version numbers of your publications, it can send your TV program to a mailing list and export data in several common formats.

Distribution

EPG Planning is connected directly to the distribution platform EPG Distribution. This means that you can publish your data live directly from EPG Distribution and simultaneously take advantage of the EPG Distribution statistics system where you can monitor who is downloading your data and when they do it.
If you do not want to be connected to the EPG Distribution platform, you can download the finished data and then distribute the data yourself.

Formats

With EPG Planning you can publish your program schedules in 9 different formats and you only have to enter the data once.
You get access to the following formats:

Templates make it easy.

When using EPG Planning you can easily create templates that can be loaded into a new program schedule when it has been created. If, for example, you have a program schedule that are the same week after week it can be entered into a template and then be loaded into the program schedules you wish to use it in.

The templates can also be combined. For example you can create a template that contains all the news broadcasts and a template containing the fixed programs for Mondays etc. If you hereafter wish to create a program schedule for e.g. Monday you can load the template for Monday and the news template.

Easy overview of versions and publications

EPG Planning handles operations, development and backup

You no longer need to worry about operation and development of an EPG system - we will take care of it for you. You only have to enter your data and then we ensure the operation of the system and data backup. At least once a day we make a backup of our databases.

We also ensure ongoing development of EPG Planning and our programming systems. This way you always work in a well-documented and modern planning system.
